Join us for our leisurely tootle and pootle paddle and enjoy the health & wellbeing benefits of being out on the water

During our wellbeing sessions you are encouraged to find what feels good, explore and relax in our safe and supportive environment

What ever you need our team are here to support your needs and goals

If you are free after the session we would love to catch up with a coffee in the local cafe / pub 

Maybe it's to take in the views, the sounds of the waterways. A place to escape, unwind and to be in nature “me time”

Maybe you would like to meet and paddle with new friends

Maybe you are looking and developing your physical fitness and strength

Maybe you are developing and practicing a skill and working on your technique

As soon as you take to the water, every stroke you take is for you and you only. We like to call this "Paddling Your Own Way"

Tuesdays 11:00am - 12:00pm: Nottingham Canal, Waters Edge Pub

Wednesdays 11:00am - 12:00pm: Beeston Canal, Heritage Centre

Fridays 11:30am - 12:30pm: Beeston Canal, Beeston Heritage Centre
