Progression 2 Hour Workshop
This is the perfect workshop for the newer paddler who would like to develop their technique.
Covering; how to paddle with efficiency, how to paddle straighter, faster for longer, how to engage core muscles to sustain power & developing your confidence.
You will be given lots of encouragement, feedback and time to practice your new skills.
We also run a more in depth 4 week progression course and weekly one hour sessions.
Is this for me?
Suitable for beginners who have been on a board a few times and are confident standing for at least half of the session. Also suitable for improvers and advanced paddlers looking for greater understanding of the stroke. These sessions are not suitable for your first time on a board.
