This 1 hour session is designed to increase your skills and confidence out on the the water by working through what happens when you fall off your board.

Covering; self rescues, footwork, pivot turns, advanced paddling techniques, optional SUP Yoga, and more.

Prepare to get very, very wet!

Suitable for beginners who are confident standing for at least half of the session, improvers, and advanced.
