Couch to 5km: 4 Week Learn to Paddle Workshop
Our Couch to 5km: 4 week learn to paddle workshop is designed to take you from Land to Lake with all the knowledge, skills, techniques and practice time for you to enjoy the SUP season.
Included in our workshop is your “5km Graduation Paddle”. You will be able to book your celebration paddle at a time that suits you after the 4 weeks.
From your first stroke on this workshop to developing your race technique, and then creating your efficient endurance stroke.
We are the specialists in paddle boarding.
By joining us you’ll learn from, and be apart of the award wining paddling community in the UK - TeamSUP, who have vast experience on the water both here in the UK and around the world.
We love paddling and we can’t wait to share the water with you.
Is this for me?
Suitable for new and beginner paddlers over 18. Whether you have never been on a board before or have very limited experience this is the workshop for you.
Board, paddle, life jacket, safety cover, launch fees and instruction is all included. You will have a choice from of our full range of board shapes and sizes. This means you will have the most suitable board for your height and weight, to ensure you have the most fun out on the water.
We do not provide or hire wetsuits, check out the FAQ section for our advice on wetsuit alternatives, as well as lots of other useful information.
