Trent Loop
If you ask a paddler what Nottingham is famous for, they are sure to respond with “The Trent Loop!”
16km of River and Canal cutting through the lush Trent Valley and the heart of Nottingham. We paddle under the mighty Trent Bridge and past the iconic British waterways building, before we are finally greeted back into Beeston by the magnificent weeping willows. Talk about an adventure on your doorstep.
We have lots of different options for you to join us on this route:
Trent Tempo (Single/Double/Triple)
Perfect for those that want to put some pace and distance down. We love the loop so much we may do up to three times in one day.
Is this for me?
You need to be sustaining at least 5kph and be able to paddle for three or more hours. If you are unsure if this is for you please drop us an email. We’d love for you to join us. Over 18s.
Don’t fancy the loop? Join us on the canal on a Saturday morning for 10AT10 or our guided beginner friendly adventure
When?

Saturday 28th June and 12th July, we are running a tempo+ coffee stop option - This is for those who are wanting something in the middle of a Paddle and Picnic and Tempo Loop.
Please book using the link below - it will say 3hrs on the boking option, ignore that, we’ll start at 8am, paddle down the trent, stop at 200’ on the canal for coffee, then paddle on up the canal to Beeston Heritage Centre for more coffee and cake.
