Trent Loop

If you ask a paddler what Nottingham is famous for, they are sure to respond with “The Trent Loop!”

16km of River and Canal cutting through the lush Trent Valley and the heart of Nottingham. We paddle under the mighty Trent Bridge and past the iconic British waterways building, before we are finally greeted back into Beeston by the magnificent weeping willows. Talk about an adventure on your doorstep.

We have lots of different options for you to join us on this route:

Paddle and Picnic

A relaxed pace option where we have plenty of breaks. You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the views and your picnic.

Our Trent Loop Paddle & Picnic is perfect for those who have paddled with us before, completed the C25K and are looking for a relaxed adventure paddle. Over 18s.

When

April 1st 9:00am - 2:00pm: Trent Loop - Paddle and Picnic - Beeston Heritage Centre

Trent Tempo (Single/Double/Triple)

Perfect for those that want to put some pace and distance down. We love the loop so much we may do up to three times in one day.

Is this for me?

You need to be sustaining at least 5kph and be able to paddle for three or more hours. If you are unsure if this is for you please drop us an email. We’d love for you to join us. Over 18s.

A longer route taking in more of the river trent.
