Interval Training

These sessions are designed to increase your paddling skills, fitness, endurance and speed. Helping you to paddle longer and faster.

Expect to work hard. Your coach will set you a on water workout out that will take you through different intensities.

This is the most efficient way to gain paddle fitness.

You will be encouraged to understand your training zones, find your “digits” and work your technique.

Is this for me?

Suitable for all but you may get more from this session if you have been on our skills/ progression sessions.
