We are back online for the start of our winter fitness sessions. These sessions are designed for padders of all abilities and will support your winter paddling and fitness programme
Each week we will focus on specific & targeted exercises covering strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, range of motion, recovery & breathing for performance
Designed to keep you strong, supple, and energised through the darker months.

Is this for me?
Suitable for all, with lots of variations, options and modifications. A fun class that focuses on developing flexibility, strength and balance whilst reducing stress levels and increasing overall wellbeing. Each class closes with a guided breathing exercise and relaxation to help calm the mind, ease stress and find our moments of peace and stillness.
