Helllooooo,

Although the weather has been particularly challenging this winter. There has been plenty of the team out battling the wind and enjoying those rare moments of crisp sunlight and golden haze. We’ve still got loads on through these harsher months, and as grim as it gets out there we never regret a paddle.

Beeston Beginner Adventures

We’re so lucky to have such a gorgeous canal in Nottingham. If you are fairly new to paddling, or enjoy a laid back paddle we have some Saturday morning adventures just for you.

Join us on a leisurely tour of Beeston Canal 10:30am - 12:30pm launching from near the Heritage Centre on :

Straight Line Paddling Workshop

Do you zigzag whilst paddling? Swap paddling sides every few strokes? Do your arms get tired?

RACE TO THE CASTLE

We’re super excited to announce that we’ll be hosting our first big race.

Come join us on the 27th April for a 40km paddle from Nottingham to Newark down the Trent. We’ve had over 150 people sign up already, from across the world!

There is a race and adventure category so that you can either get your sweat on or enjoy the route at a more leisurely pace.

Paddler Spotlight

We’re really privileged here at #TeamSUP headquarters to see so many of you develop and grow through paddle boarding. You folks train hard for events and adventures, discovering an enjoyment for sport and competition that you never knew you had. Some times it takes a little while to sink in that when we call you ‘athletes’ its because you are!
